This post is to explain why. It is not fair to other members, when others return every 48 hours for a daily section, and abuse this rule. This rule was not meant to be used casually, it was to help out. We understand, we all have our lives going on, and if you didn't get to it, you didn't get warned, but since it has been abused this rule has changed. It is unfair that someone who tries to come on everyday and gives you 2 votes, and only gets 1 in return. We will be lenient though, if this only happens 1-2 times a month, we will let it slide, but if you are doing this several times a week, the topic is going to be jailed.
http://www.contestgalaxy.com/t16072-site-rules#334159 See rule 3A.

This rule will go into effect 2/20/13

I am sorry if this upsets some members, but we want votes to be exchanged fairly. It should not be too much to ask that you take 10 mins a day to return votes given to you.

Thanks,
Tira

I want to post a topic for daily voting, but the enddate is 15/6. In this period i'll be on holliday for a week, and I don't know if the hotal has a wifi (last time it didn't)...

So it would be a shame if i got banned for not returning votes that week, when the reason is not having wifi..
Hi Arwenneke, what you would do is to PM one of us, I am the most active so would probably be the one, or you can hit report on your own post to send to all mods admins, that you will be away and could we please put your thread on hold.  The votes must be up to date when you do this.  We will then put it in the Just Visiting section of the post jail until you return and ask for it back.  If there are any votes to be returned it will be placed in the main section of the post jail until you return, but no violations will be issued as long as those votes had been received after you asked fo the thread to be placed on hold.  When you get back, just return those votes and PM us to restore your thread. Hope that answers your question smile
