welcome to contest galaxy! the 10 post rule is just so that users can get a history started on our site so we can make sure that everyone is voting and that it also helps users find your contest smile

sometimes it is tough for new members to get to 10 posts... I don't think there should be a 10 post limit to contact a moderator but agree with it for some of the other rules
